About Us
Established in 1962 as a single story storefront 'mom' and 'pop' neighborhood pharmacy in Singapore.   We've since slowly but surely expanded our privately owned company that now operates 45+ pharmacies in South East Asia in India, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam, each branch owned and operated by a family member.   We now also have shipping/product/logistics centers in 4 countries: Singapore, Thailand, the United Kingdom, including our main shipping center in Mumbai, India: supplying our own pharmacies and also exporting world class generic Indian pharmaceuticals worldwide.  We are completely funded by internal capital and proudly do business the old fashioned way, without a single cent of financing or debt.  JCM Pharma is fully bonded and licensed to export pharmaceuticals by the FDA Maharashtra of the Government of India.

We went online in 1998 with a single computer and dial up internet connection, focusing on the sales of prescription skin creams (doing business under the name: RxCreams.com).   At present, we export more than 1,500 different medications of all drug categories.  Our internet order center is unique in that each sales desk is occupied by an actual pharmacist.  More than a decade later this department has tens of thousands of regular and repeat customers worldwide in more than 70 countries.   Our formula for continued success has been a simple one... reasonably priced quality medications and personalized service.   Our goal has always been to preserve that neighborhood pharmacy feel, where you are familiar with your pharmacist, and each interaction is one of mutual trust and understanding.  For new customers, try us and you'll see.   For our regular customers, welcome back, as always.  Feel free to leave us some feedback on our feedback blog:

Products
We ship out products manufactured by major global pharmaceutical companies such as: Abbott, AstraZeneca, Bayer, GlaxoSmithKline, Johnson and Johnson, Ortho-McNeil, Roche, Sanofi, Schering-Plough, Stiefel Labs, etc. in India, Malaysia, and Singapore.  These are the same firms that you know 'from home' but more often than not, their overseas pricing on the exact same products are lower than in their home markets.  We also ship out Made in India medications from Indian multinational pharmaceutical firms such as Ajanta, Aventis, Cadila, Cipla, Ipca, Parex, Ranbaxy, RSM Pharma, Sun Pharma and others. These manufacturers have been certified and licensed by the local FDA and also export and license their drugs in all major markets, approved by various FDA organizations worldwide.  All medications will arrive in the original manufacturer blister packs, and in most cases we will not ship cardboard packaging to save on volume weight (and postal/shipping costs).

Payments
We are now a cryptocurrency payment only operation.  We Bitcoin, Bitcoin cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Stellar Lumens, and any other cryptocurrency that can be readily converted to these coins.

Shipping and Shipping Terms
Upon receipt of payment, orders will be shipped out the next mailing day (which is typically within 24 hours and at most within 72 hours if you order on a Friday night). 

• All packages are mailed out via first class registered air mail.   Shipping is free and included in all pricing for your convenience.  The average shipment time frame, including customs clearance time (both outbound and inbound) is around 15-20 mailing days to most countries. 
• EMS shipping is available for an additional $25 per package (but not recommended as your local customs service may still delay your order). 
• We operate 365 days a year with no working holidays.  The only time shipments can be delayed is when there is a local (Indian, Malaysian, or Singaporean) postal/public holiday. 
• Tracking numbers will be emailed to customers within 48 hours of mail out, or as soon as any particular shipping day's numbers are entered into our system.   Please be patient with this as we deal with hundreds of outbound packages every single day.
