Track My Order Request:

Use this form to send us a request to look up your order status for you. We always email tracking numbers for all orders that have tracking included. If you feel you have not received your tracking number, it likely means that particular email is in your junk or spam folder. To keep this from happening, be sure to add: cs@julietcharliemike.co to your email contact list and/or address book. If you already have your tracking number(s), we recommend you use a free 'track and notify' application such as Aftership or Packagetrackr to help you keep track of your order(s).

Enter Your Tracking Number. This will be a 13 character number combination such as: RM123456789IN. We emailed this to you around 48 hours after your order mailed out. If you're not sure what your tracking # is, just give us your name and/or mailing address and let us know what you ordered again in the special requests/general questions box below and we'll look up your order for you.

We'll look up the order shipment date and email you the latest tracking information (if available... the postal services of some countries don't support online tracking) within one business day. Please be patient, most of these orders have to travel halfway around the planet before they get to you. Transit/shipping time frames of 15 to 30 mailing days (2-4 weeks) are well within the norm in this business. If there is a problem with your order, please do not file a chargeback or dispute. Just let us know. We'll gladly refund you in full, give you partial or full store credit, or reship on the house, your choice.
